Sleepology ASMR Specialty Definitions
Mouth Sounds Asmr – It’s exactly like it sounds, it is sounds made the Asmr artists mouth. Many different types of sounds can be made, it can be similar to other triggers. These sounds are designed to give you those tingles at the back of your neck or spine. They can sound odd to some, but try it for yourself.
Ear Eating Asmr – Sounds something out of a horror movie, but it’s actually an incredibly popular trigger. Usually preformed with a 3dio Microphone that has replica ears, the Asmr artists makes a sound as if the ear are being eaten. It’s definitely difficult to describe but it is actually a very tingly and relaxing trigger. Not for everyone, but some people absolutely love it.
Tapping Asmr- Tapping on various items in order to create tingly sounds. There are some very creative things you can tap on to create incredibly tingly sounds. This is one of the most common Asmr triggers and anyone can do it.
Brushing Asmr – Using all different types of brushes, I understand make up brushes are very common as they make a fantastic tingly sound against the microphone. Brushing is a very relaxing trigger and it’s great to see different Asmr artists use different brushes to make unique sounds.
