Look during the Coronavirus times are going to be very challenging.  At times there is going to be extremely stressful scenarios.  As humans it’s not natural to be locked inside all day and not able to socialize with other humans.  Personally I’m losing control of my mental health and increasing the amount of Asmr I am watching to relax.

Asmr can be extremely useful to help improve your sleep, calm you down and just make you feel better.  I am grateful for all Asmr artists that post amazing content so regularly.  

Especially if you are alone, try out Asmr channels find someone you enjoy, let it relax you.

What Types of Asmr Should You Try?

I would suggest any type of personal attention videos, anything where the artist is interacting with you directly.  That’s what is going to be need most I believe at least in the coming months.

There are many anxiety relief and panic attack relief videos.  These can help out a lot, its nice to feel something that doesn’t feel generic.  It is nice to have the point of view of a person directly and calmly talking to you.

Try what works for you

Everyone is different, everyone is amazing!

Experiment find what makes you feel better, everyone will feel stress and difficult times in the coming months.

Times Will be Difficult

No one can really be prepared for the stress of being forced into isolation.

Even those isolated often, will feel even more difficulty than usual.
