Unbelievably Amazing Mental Health App Review

I discovered last night an Amazing Mental Health App called Dare!

Personally I’ve been in tremendous fear for a better part of 96 hours.  It started when I went to the washroom and my chest tightened around my heart area.  I’ve never felt this before, it was incredibly painful, I genuinely thought I was going to have a heart attack.

It’s even a bit tricky typing this article because it was pretty dramatic.  Now I’ve had a “fake heart attack” two times that woke me up in the middle of the night before.  Those were caused by anxiety, which I thought this one was as well.  Unfortunately, it was both heart issues and anxiety issues combined.  I recently ate too many fatty and sugary foods at once, but the days after were even worse.  I had like a bloated stomach that would virtually never deflate, it would continue for 3 days in a row.  Tons of discomfort and me panicking over and over.

I was looking for a way to reduce stress and pressure.  I tried the app Mindspace and it didn’t really help.  It seemed a bit annoying and about making money off of me.

Then I tried the app Dare and well I tried it last night.  I am back to work today.

I opened up the app and seen a medical anxiety section, which is perfect.  I listened to 5 x 5 minutes roughly lessons.  It fixed everything almost immediately, it was just what I needed.

It was so relatable and like they were describing my exact life.  Relating that closely makes it very easy for it to set in.  It taught me all the skills I need to get through my anxiety.  Now it might not work that quick for most, but I adapted every tool instantly and completely changed my mindset.

I’m so grateful for this free advice that I had to write an article about it.  It helped me when I felt alone, isolated and believing I would be dead within a couple of years.

Now, I’m taking things slowly and getting right back to work with confidence that I can handle the challenges anxiety throws at me.

Simple Advice

If you are dealing with Anxiety, try the Amazing Mental Health App Dare.

There are lots of ways to breathe and relax.  I use them all the time, but Dare actually helps your mindset.

Dare changed my mindset in 15 minutes that the next day I went from crippling pain to mild manageable situations.

Nothing of this paid advertising, just me trying to help those with anxiety find a better solution.
