What to Do When Your Favorite Asmr Artist Stops Posting?

What to do when your favorite Asmr artist stops posting?

Well, that isn’t a simple question, but it’s going to be increasingly more common.  Those that watch and love their favorite Asmr artist are starting to see some of the posts less frequently.  It should almost be the opposite, as the majority of the world is forced indoors.  But the truth is, this is an unprecedented difficult time in history and it’s going to change many lives.

The CoronaVirus has impacted those in-directly, maybe know someone personally, or get sick themselves.  There are many ways it also impacts those that aren’t impacted directly and let’s take a moment to look into that.  Now if you are impacted by knowing someone who has the infection, my condolences, and sympathies.

I wish you all nothing but the best.

Isolation

Being alone can be positive and it can be very dangerous, but usually not neutral.

The majority of the world has had their lives changed by this in one way or another.  When you have endless hours of boredom and frustration, you rethink your life.  ASMR artists that have posted weekly for a year, might start thinking things are getting a bit routine.  I know personally, this isolation gives me no excuses to not put out content.  But I’ve been sick, so I have a decent excuse.  Back to Asmr artists though, I am so happy that some of my favorite Asmr artists post content so consistently.

I believe that a major key to success is having a consistent schedule.  I look forward to Friday’s for my favorite Asmr artist(s) to post their new videos.  However, if they stopped posting I would notice, I would miss them.  In a few weeks, there would be a replacement or two, I would try out new artists because that’s just the reality of things.  At the same time, I remember the artists that were so crucial to my mental health.  It’s really hard forming an emotional attachment because it’s going to end eventually.

Isolation gives you time to think and it’s almost never good to reflect on your life, as counterproductive as that statement seems.  It’s great to get on some momentum and keep that train rolling, life is tougher when you’re overthinking.

I don’t know many people that will be the same at the end of the pandemic, please be patient with everyone.

Best Way to Look At It

Every Asmr artist will move on eventually, which can be amazing for them and you should be happy for them.

Also just prepare yourself, that they won’t always post so take some comfort that you knew that in advance.

Don’t put any more pressure on them, then they already have, they feel it.  It’s not an easy decision for them to take a break or quit forever, but it’s their decision.
