What is ASMR?
I will teach you all the basics of ASMR. The benefits and how it can help you relax and enjoy life a little bit more.
What does ASMR stand for?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response which is why everyone uses ASMR for short as it’s quite a name.
ASMR Meaning
The simplest explanation, is a tingly sensation that you feel in the back of your neck and down your spine that you get from hearing certain sounds in a certain way. It feels really nice and when you watch videos purely for the sensation, its enjoyable when you receive it.
What is an ASMR Video?

Different sounds give responses to different people. It also can be really difficult or really easy to get Tingles. It’s not for everyone, but I can tell you it is a great way to relax before bed.

Telling you wonderful things to make you feel better., Perhaps you are alone and could use someone to talk to. While you can’t talk to them, they can be there for you as if they were.
You probably have no idea how many lives have been saved by these videos.
Think about it you can pop on at anytime a video where someone you admire tells you they love you and that you are going to be ok. They give you breathing exercises and help you calm down, its incredible work. It can be funny or weird to many, but once you just forget all about that nonsense and just enjoy it. It can be amazing and an integral part of your mental health and your life.
